Merve was born in Istanbul and graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law. After completing her legal internship, she became a registered member of the Istanbul Bar Association and began practicing law at Unver Law Firm. She later pursued a Master’s degree in Economics and Management at Bocconi University in Milan, minoring in Intellectual Property Law, which further strengthened her expertise in corporate and financial matters.
With a desire to expand her practice internationally and focus on the Italian market, Merve joined ONS Legal and IP Firm, where she specializes in IP and international law. She provides legal consultancy to both individuals and businesses, offering strategic solutions in corporate structuring, contract negotiations, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
Currently residing between Milan and Istanbul, she primarily assists Italian clients with their legal matters in Turkey, including corporate affairs, business transactions, and litigation.
Merve is bilingual in Turkish and English, fluent in Italian, with near-native proficiency, and has a working knowledge of Spanish and German.
